Coating of walls and floors
Filtration installations and air handling units are exposed to heavy use on a daily basis. Moisture, aggressive substances and wear gradually take their toll. By coating walls and floors, these issues can be prevented and your installation remains in good condition for longer.
At Vlint, we work with our own Qcoat coatings, specifically developed for filtration installations and air handling units. These coatings are seamless, liquid-tight and flexible. They protect against mechanical wear, chemicals and weather influences. In addition, dust adheres less easily, making cleaning easier and improving hygiene. This is immediately noticeable in practice. Where necessary, we also apply antibacterial coatings and bactericidal cleaning agents to further improve hygiene in ventilation systems.

Qcoat Flex Floor: Specially developed for floors that are subject to heavy loads. This coating prevents dirt adhesion and makes cleaning significantly easier.

Cleaning and replacement of air distribution ducts

We take care of complete disassembly, cleaning and reinstallation. This is carried out in accordance with applicable requirements, including ATEX and food safety certifications.
