An investment that often pays for itself within 3 years
When you have your AHU reconditioned, it becomes as good as new and replacement is no longer necessary. New components such as fans, heat wheels and filter frames are installed and the entire air handling system is cleaned. And the great thing is: your investment for reconditioning is about 30% of the new price of an air handling unit. The performance of the cabinet is maintained for a longer period of time, while costs, such as energy consumption, decrease. The AHU becomes completely ErP-proof and meets the (EML) energy conservation measures, label C.

How do we tackle reconditioning?
Safety is our top priority. Our mechanics are VCA-certified and, where necessary, work according to the Safety & Health Plan drawn up by you. We want to ensure the continuity of vital processes within your company and take preventive measures to make safety risks manageable. We tackle reconditioning with the following steps:
- Disassemble: All poorly functioning and damaged elements of the LBK are disassembled.
- Inspect: The corrosion-affected parts of the LBK are inspected. Adjustments to profiles and walls are also made.
- Repair: The walls and floors are treated with a primer and then sealed. This creates a waterproof floor and wall connection. Finally, the finish coating is applied.
- Assemble: Once the finish is dry, the LBK can be reassembled. All new elements can be assembled per section, and the floors are finished with a flexible floor coating. The LBK is like new again and can be reactivated in consultation with the electrician.
